On Monday 13 December 2021, Etienne Perret was the recipient of the 2021 Grand Prix de l’Électronique Général Ferrié. Since 1963, this award honours each year an engineer or a scientist whose work has contributed significantly to the progress of Information and Communication Systems, including for their energetic aspects.
The Grand Prix was awarded to Etienne PERRET (Univ. Grenoble Alpes, Grenoble INP, LCIS): “For his work on an identification system and sensors based on the printed chipless tag technology.”
Before the ceremony, a special conference was given by Marko Erman (THALES): “The Second Quantum Revolution : what is at stake and opportunities”
